PurestCBD Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns for Unopened Products
1.1 PurestCBD accepts returns for products within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- The product packaging is unopened.
- The product is in a saleable condition.
1.2 Customers are responsible for any postage and shipping costs associated with the return.
2. Returns for Faulty or Defective Products
2.1 If you receive a faulty or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods by emailing us at sales@purestcbd.com.au.
2.2 Upon evaluating and confirming the defect, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
2.3 If the product is determined to be defective:
- PurestCBD will cover the return shipping cost for the replacement item.
- The defective product must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for a replacement or refund.
2.4 If the returned product is found not to be defective, PurestCBD reserves the right to return the product to the customer at their expense.
